Symbolic Color Rings of the Olympics Flag

Olympics symbolises with five colorful rings interlocked each other. You may be curious to know the story behindĀ  these color rings. The five rings on the Olympic flag that is flown at both the summer and the winter Olympics which alternate bi-annually. The concept for the rings on the Olympic flag and the Olympic flag itself was designed after the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm, Sweden by a Frenchmen named Baron Pierre de Coubertin who was also the same man who led the revival of the Olympic Games and formed the International Olympic committee in 1894.
